REFUND POLICY

We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

Non-returnable items

• Items damaged due to misuse
• Custom or personalized orders
• Items marked as final sale

How to start a return Email us at wers2008wers@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.

EU Customers If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving any reason.

Exchanges We replace items that are defective or damaged. Contact us at wers2008wers@gmail.com to arrange an exchange.
