SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Destinations & Estimated Delivery Times

  • 🇨🇦 Canada: 8–15 business days (standard)
  • 🇬🇧 United Kingdom: 8–15 business days (standard)
  • 🇺🇸 United States: 8–15 business days (standard)
  • 🌍 Rest of World: 10–20 business days (standard)

Shipping Rates

  • Free shipping on orders over $50 CAD
  • Standard shipping rates apply for orders under $50 CAD (calculated at checkout)

Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Customs & Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at wers2008wers@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
